It can force contractility through the moulds to press and crimp the metal joints on the matching rubber tubes firmly. The rubber tubes locking machine can press and lock lots of kinds of tubes, such as high-low pressure tubes, gas tubes, water tubes, air-condition tubes, corrugated pipes and also with cable joints, so they are widely used on cars, construction machinery, household appliances and welding and cutting equipment industries. The characteristics of our company produced are as follows:
1. They all adopt the double-return-line hydraulics principles. The pistons’ goes in and out and the moulds loosening and tightening are all forded by the hydraulics motors power. It moves smoothly and return fast and will never let the spring return or the moulds opening and unlocking. The hydraulic system is designed all together so it is easy to press different kinds of unique elbows. On the controlling of pressing and crimping parts, we also change the traditional ways of only by adjusting the pressure to with dial regulator whose accuracy can reach 0.*1mm.
2. The double-return-line hydraulic circuit system consists of 5 parts, such as motor, pillars pump, electromagnetic valve, pressure regulating valve, and hydraulic control valve that the can drive and reverse. For the fast returning, we have installed one quick oil drain channel, and much more the speed can be adjusted, and the noise and pressure of the system can be reduced.
3. On the electrical control system, the control circuit was integrated plated and it was easy to overhaul, convenient to maintenance and simple to change.

4 .Crimping and pressing size controlling by displacement controlling principles and scale setting dial can make pressing with one-to-one correspondence under the scale value. The degree of accuracy can reach 0.*1mm, it is convenient to press and easy to control, so we can avoid the defects of wrong press sizes(the press amount can be different with changing of time, temperature, hardness of materials, tolerance or something just like that) which are caused by the unprogressive adjusting system’s pressure to control the crimping and pressing size, even without too much experience, we can also control it!

5 .To ensure the uniformly spaced pressing lines and small ovality, we use no-accumulated error and NC wire cutting processing techno on pressing the mould and base of mould.
